Hearts and minds
More trumpet-blowing by the British military, and the British press. But there's probably at least a grain of truth in this criticism: that some US forces, enraged by fedayeen attacks, are needlessly taking the lives of Iraqi civilians. Any soldier proven to have done so should be disciplined, for jeopardizing war aims.
