UN resolution
UN_resolution.JPG
The US and UK may still be hopeful that they can pull off a second UN resolution, but the punters don't think so. Tradesports -- my new addiction -- allows bets on the likelihood of a resolution authorizing the use of force by the end of March. The chances, according to the current market, have fallen to 18%. That seems on the low side, so I've gone long on a March resolution. Never have I rooted for Colin Powell, and US diplomacy, as now.
