The French national holiday is always best fun outside France. It was the highlight of the social calendar in San Francisco. Though that isn't saying much. Anyway, this Sunday, three blocks of 60th Street in Manhattan will be devoted to a celebration of French food and music. Now, if only they'd put on a good anti-American manifestation just to show the other side of French culture: bloody-minded bolshiness.
